The taste of Umami Hottie itself is very meant for ramen. It has a fairly strong taste that mixes well with the ramen and helps it give a fresh, almost restaurant like taste. It goes amazing well with cup ramen and also enjoyed it with chicken. Honestly it could go with so much more foods and I am excited to try them all out!
